Your personalized session includes a brief consultation with multiple sensory modalities to accommodate you.  I adapt to serve your highest good and wellbeing based on information I receive from your energies.  For a session you are fully clothed and lie down comfortably on a massage table. You can expect stones to be placed on and around your body (always with consent) and additional hands off and contact energetic crystal techniques.  Clients typically report leaving a session feeling lighter, more connected, and at peace. Positive results may continue to arise for a few days after the session.

Your personalized session includes a consult where I use multiple sensory modalities to accommodate you as we hone in on your goals and intentions.  Also included is a quartz crystal selected just for you—scientific knowledge of crystal formation and intuitive guidance ensures a great match.  This crystal is integrated during your session and programed with a specific intention for you to continue receiving benefits after your session. For a session you are fully clothed and lie down comfortably on a massage table. You can expect stones to be placed on and around your body (always with consent) and additional hands off and contact energetic crystal techniques.  Clients typically report leaving a session feeling lighter, more connected, and at peace.  Positive results may continue to arise for a few days after the session.

Deepen awareness of your true nature and reconnect to parts of yourself physically and on a deep energetic level.  Lemurian crystals are high frequency, ethereal powerhouses, encoded with information.  Meditation with one Lemurian is expansive and profound, and you will be guided to sit comfortably inside a grid encompassed by Lemurians. Before entering this grid, you will be invited and guided to select 4 additional stones in different ways: aligning with mind, body, spirit, and soul, which will then be placed intentionally by your practitioner.  No two grids are the same, and the Lemurian frequencies enhance properties of the 4 personalized stones, revealing insights.  You will receive guidance in your stone circle until the journey is complete and transition to receive a laying of stones crystal healing treatment to integrate your experience.  This experience is 90 minutes. 

Receive the benefits of Reiki and Crystal energy from the comfort of your own space. Distance is no obstacle for Reiki or crystalline energy! These modalities aid in relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, provide grounding, unveil a fresh perspective and enhance spiritual connection. This 60-minute session includes a consultation and is adapted to your goals and informed and guided by your energies.  We will remain on the phone during the session, usually speakerphone next to you while you are in a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.  Some people enjoy playing their own relaxing music during the session while others prefer serene quiet.  With a receptive state of mind, the benefits of a remote session are the same as receiving a session in person!
